1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product is missing from the order

⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for reasons like taste preference or change of mind.


2. Return Request Time

  • You must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Share your Order ID and issue details
  3. Provide clear photos or videos of the product

Once verified, our team will process your request.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after product verification
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement delivery time will depend on your location

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned without proof

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost
  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable
