1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product is missing from the order
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for reasons like taste preference or change of mind.
2. Return Request Time
- You must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Share your Order ID and issue details
- Provide clear photos or videos of the product
Once verified, our team will process your request.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after product verification
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement delivery time will depend on your location
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or consumed products
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned without proof
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost
- Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable
