Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with:

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated.

Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.
